We provide an interactive online practice question bank aimed at learners preparing for the NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management. The service is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with NEBOSH or the HSE.

All content, software, branding, and question material on the site is owned by Steven Timney or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal study within your active plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the service ends.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the site or by email where appropriate.
