This site is operated by Steven Timney (trading as Sierra Tango Safety). We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We provide a free 20-question practice trial so you can evaluate the platform before purchasing. In accordance with UK/EU digital consumer regulations and our Merchant of Record (Paddle) terms, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date ONLY if the paid digital study material has not been accessed or consumed.
Because our NEBOSH PSM study cards, technical tables, and practice question banks are digital study materials delivered instantly upon purchase, accessing the member area constitutes immediate performance of the digital service. Once you begin using the paid platform, you waive your statutory right to a change-of-mind refund. A subscription is deemed consumed and is strictly non-refundable once any of the following occur:
Account login timestamps, study card progress, and quiz attempt logs are recorded automatically and provided to Paddle as proof of digital service delivery when reviewing any refund or dispute request.
Paddle makes the final decision on every refund; the above terms explain how we present evidence of consumption.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:
If a refund is approved, your subscription is cancelled and access to paid content is revoked. You can continue to use the free trial.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
