Because the practice question banks are digital study material that is delivered instantly, opening an exam question bank means you have consumed part of the product. Where a substantial amount of the material has already been accessed, we may ask Paddle to take this into account when reviewing a refund request, and a partial refund may be offered instead of a full one. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected, and Paddle makes the final decision on every refund.
